How is Otto different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT forgets you between conversations. Otto has long-term memory — what you said, your preferences, your projects — it remembers next time. It's also the same Otto across Telegram and Web.
Is my data safe?
Encrypted at rest. Models called in zero-retention mode. Otto does not train any model on your data. Compliant with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Can I cancel?

Which model does Otto use?
We run fine-tuned open-source LLMs on our own infrastructure (we do not resell OpenAI/Anthropic). This gives us full control over privacy and cost, and Otto's long-term memory + tool calls are built on top of our own inference layer. Model + prompt are selected automatically by plan tier and task complexity.
Will I be auto-charged after the 7-day trial?
Yes, your card is pre-authorized at signup. We email a reminder on the last day. Cancel anytime.
