We respect your privacy. This policy describes how Otto (operated by WATTLE FX PTY LTD, "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with applicable provisions of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and EU GDPR.

What we collect

Email, name, city, timezone, conversation content, payment-related metadata (full card numbers are held by Stripe, not us).

How we use it

To deliver the Otto service, long-term memory, proactive messages; for billing and support; for fraud prevention and compliance. We do not train any third-party model on your conversations; LLM API calls are made in zero-retention mode.

Third-party sharing

Only with necessary service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Telegram (if linked), AWS (infrastructure). Each provider is covered by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Your rights

You may export all your data at any time (one click in Settings), request memory corrections, or permanently delete your account. We respond within 30 days.
