When using Otto you must not:

• engage in unlawful activity or assist others in doing so
• generate or distribute CSAM, terrorism, fraud, identity deepfakes, or similar content
• use Otto to harass, stalk, or doxx individuals
• attempt to bypass security measures, scrape data, or abuse API quotas
• use Otto on behalf of entities or persons subject to international sanctions
• Enforcement — Violations result in immediate account suspension; serious cases lead to permanent deletion and law-enforcement cooperation as legally required.
